As Managing Director & Head of Delivery and well as Digital Process Architect, I lead our company with a strong focus on digital innovation and operational excellence. Peter Kropp | Unit Integration
Peter bridges the gap between enterprise systems and the shop floor, enabling seamless integration across manufacturing operations. His expertise spans ERP, MES, and Level 2 process control systems, creating connected production environments where business and manufacturing processes work as one. He is passionate about designing robust integration architectures that ensure reliable information flow across complex system landscapes, helping manufacturers drive digital transformation, increase transparency, and improve operational efficiency.

Dr. Carolyn Somorowsky | Unit Solutions
As the MDM Lead Architect and Head of Solutions, I am responsible for driving the strategic architecture and development of our data-driven solutions. With my in-depth expertise in master data management and industry processes - particularly in the metals and mining industries - I support the transformation of complex data landscapes into structured, intelligent systems. I enable companies to achieve agile, consistent, and scalable data operations in their digital ecosystems by extending SAP S/4HANA standards with innovative models and rule-based logic.

Denisa Prihelova | Unit Operations
As Head of Operations, I oversee operational processes across finance, HR, legal, IT and company culture.
